Hi Guys,
I've had my first Hilux about a month and been flat out every weekend fitting all my new toys.Im going to order my Suspension Next week, so I can fit my rims and tyres
Ironman front bar
Ironman rear bar
12000 Lb Tmax winch
Ballistic 17x9 wheels
265x75x17 BFG KM2
22"Front light bar
Front LED side light
Rear LED lights
Piranha dual battery system
Uniden UH7760 NB + AT870 aerial
ARB transfer case guard from 150 Prado
Huntsman fridge slide
Dual battery voltage monitor
Rear tray power supplies/USB

yeah i run mine 90 degrees level to the ground , what size clamps did you use ?? i got 2" ones but the arb barwork is 47.5mm so i had to pack it out with some silicone tape and hasn't worked the best

The ironman pipe diameter is the same 47.5 I used some thin 2mm low density rubber foam and super glued it inside the clamps.this has worked really well and grip onto the tube, they don't move.

Have you found any tamper proof nuts for the light bar?

Masters harware have them in there draws in the Bolt aisles, M6 tamper proof bolts standard nuts

legend sounds great i might have to do the same the silcone tape doesn't work at all where did u get the rubber foam from ?? any chance u could post a few close up pics ?? did u get 2" clamps aswell ??

Yes I got 2" clamps see photos just super glued it in place.

legend thanks mate looks great do you reckon they would stay in place if you had the clamps at 90 degrees to the ground ??
