Workshop Manuals lists P062d as an ECM internal fault.
Initial isolation check is to confirm 12V power is on ECM Connector C59 pins 4 & 5 with IGN ON.
If not, check the EDU Relay circuit.
If it is, its replace the ECM.

Okay I will try that would you happen to have the procedure of testing the components in the fuel circuit bank1 at all, the ecm was was replaced by Toyota and the fault still remains.

If Toyota replaced parts and the falt is still there give it back to them and ask for a refund on the work they done.

Ditto, no fun paying for work not done (or worse) not done "RIGHT"

It hasn’t run since June 2023, been to 2 Toyota workshops and 3 other workshops, spent over 7k on parts, labour and transport. Had a pump, fuel rail, ecu, injector driver and still not able to start. Needing the Toyota procedures so I can do it myself.

That much time & money indicates there's more to the story.
Has it had a bath in a creek crossing? Has someone attempted to do a timing belt in recent months?
Anything you know of that might have a "cause & effect" ring to it?
