Turbo swap

Can a 2019 N80 turbo fit and work with a 2022 N80?
And vice versa?
Or will they require a tune to work after the turbo swap?

It might work but the turbo was upgraded in 2020.

Yeah mate i believe it was, just wondering if it has any benefits over the older turbo if it did bolt straight in etc?
