2013 hilux fluids

Postby Adam_w88 on Sun, 26 Feb 2023 7:03 +0000

Hi fellas, first time im doing the drivetrain fluids in the hilux, its a 2013 hilux SR5 manual. I've been told GL5 80w-90 for the rear diff but unsure about front diff, also not sure whether I have the Automatic Disconnecting Diff, and been told by repco that the front diff oil depends on whether I have the shift actuator or not.
Can anyone shed any light on this?
Cheers.

2013 SR5 has the automatic disconnect diff. (ADD)
Cheers Gipsy :D although I'm sure somebody will challenge that  even Einstein wasn't certain of his theories.
