Car paint protection film or ceramic paint protection?

Thinking of getting my ute protected from stone chipping/scrapes etc. I was looking at Tint Haus, they have Car Paint Protection Film and Ceramic Paint Protection, deciding which one to get, any good experiences with them or those products?
