Hello everyone,
I was born and live in Italy,
I have already been a guest in your country twice,
and every time I hired a hiluxì that I fell in love with.
I just bought a Hilux AT33, I would like to buy a 1 '' body lift because the tires touch the body.
I asked around but they don't ship to Italy.
I ask you if anyone would be kind enough to buy it
and send it as a "gift" here to me.
Clearly I would pay everything in advance for both the article and the shipping.

The article highlighted by me is the following

Toyota Hilux N80 16-on
PSR brand 1 "Body Lift Kit (Dual Cab with Tub)

I greet everyone and I often read you with the translator ..

HiYa, welcome to the forum. Before anyone can help, I think it best to ask if Italy is Right or Left Hand Drive. Such an upgrade might be tricky if something doesn't quite fit "Just Right".

Hi, welcome to the forum.

Where exactly do the tyres rub?

There might be a simple solution unless you want the look of a body lift?

Thanks for your attention.
My car has a left-hand drive, the opposite of yours.
I think for a 1 inch body lift, it shouldn't change that much.
I admit that beyond the slightest rubbing, I like the look.

However, as soon as I retired I still have to use it in serious offroad.
We were planning to go to Africa-Tunisia in December ...

Getting a right hand drive kit for a left hand drive car is fraught with troubles. As for addressing where it currently rubs, I'm gonna leave hiluxxury to address that one with you.
Good Luck, I wish you well.

PS. I don't have all the answers, I can just foresee a few problems in your future.

the points of support between the bodywork and the chassis should be the same.

OK, you're doing a body lift and not a suspension lift kit, my bad, I missed that point early on sorry. I can't understand what purpose this might have, but again I have no experience with it so I will bow out trying to wipe the egg off my face. I'm unsure that what you're planning will be as effective as a suspension lift kit, but you have clearly made your decision. Good luck !

Okie then, not knowing your exact setup it's hard to diagnose, but it sounds like the tyres are too big for what you have. Not sure if they would even be legal in Australia. I'll leave it to others on the forum to offer opinions.

I think you'll be fine with a RHD body lift on a LHD vehicle.
