Evening all. Just wondering if anyone knows about software updates for the ECU and/or head unit? I get my services done at the Toyota dealership so I'm assuming they would do any software updates when the service happens, but reality-me is sceptical that it actually happens. Is it something I need to specifically ask for them to do?

The main reason I ask is that Android Auto seems like a fairly like a fairly old version on my 2021 model and it'd be good to get a newer version. There's a wifi setting on the head unit but I can't see any way to actually connect to a wifi network. So I can't see a way to check for updates. Plugging my phone in doesn't seem to enable that either.

Hi, I just had a look at your build thread and like the aluminium bullbar. Is it a genuine toyota and do you know how much weight it adds to your vehicle?

I'm not sure, sorry. Toyota did put the stiffer front springs in, but that was mainly due to the winch I believe.
