Hi Folks, I’m wanting to replace my tub with one that is in better knick. I have a 2017 Hilux SR5, there is a 2021 SR5 tub going on marketplace atm. Wondering would that still fit my vehicle fine? Ask noticed it has sensors in rear bumper surely I could just put my bumper on instead? Thanks in advance for your help.

Yes should be no problem at all . I fitted a 2021 sr5 straight on to a 2016 sr5. Bumpers are the same fitment as well

Thanks CharlieC. Any issues with having newer paint of the newer tub against older paint on the cab? Or can’t tell?

Never could tell . Alpine white in colour so might be different with metalic colours

What are your plans for the old tub? How bad is it? Any picks?

Rob_Wood. I will sell most likely. Tub I have is in reasonable knick no damage, a couple of minor dings on top of tailgate otherwise normal wear and tare. Previous owner has put bunji tonneau cover points all around it. Prefer the soft cover that is flush with the top. Being fussy I know. Also doesn’t have a tub liner. Are you interested?
