2021 vs 2018 - are parts interchangable?

New to the forum and can't find anything on google to confirm the above.
Have a 2018 Rugged X and was just wondering if things like:
-tail lights
-suspension
-tub dimensions
-factory headunit...
were all interchangeable/the same between the 3 year difference N80s?
Seeing a lot of marketplace and gumtree sellers with the 2021 standard issue stuff running cheap so thought of switching out on mine to keep it stock-ish
