First time post here.

I have a 2017 SR5 TRD with leather trim. I have noticed that the drivers side seat bolster, just above the electric seat controls, has deteriorated. The foam and leather seem to have dropped, stretched, and cracked, and is the first thing I see when I open the door. The leather is extremely thin here. This seems to be an issue with the leather seats from what I have seen on "For Sale" ads.

The leather pales in comparison to my wife's 2017 Lexus.

Has anyone else had the same issue and found a solution? I would like to find some lexus seats that fit as they seems better quality and much more comfortable.

There are plenty of leather maintenance kits out there that should help.
Interesting that you would consider a seat swap out, I'd like to know more. Definitely put a post on here if you actually do it.
