2016 SR5 manual hill start

Having issues with my hill start in my manual (wish I got an auto)
When I take off in gear, it keeps holding the bloody hill start. Then once it finally let’s go, your always jerked back into the sit.
It’s more of a hassle then anything.
Yet I’ve been in other manual hilux’s and it’s fine. I’ve taken it back to the dealer, they reckon there’s nothing wrong with it. (Of course)
But just wondering if anyone else has had any issues with the hill start ?
