Stereo issues

Hi folks
Hoping someone can help
Working on my KUN26 Hilux (2014 SR5) over the weekend and needed to disconnect the battery to reset some warning lights, all good.
However, now the stereo will not allow me to enter the code
I have removed the fuse, disconnected the battery again (overnight this time)
I get a blue screen with an image of the stereo and a line bar which runs across the bottom of the screen continually
I have taken it to Toyota and the local radio installer with no luck
Any ideas? I don't want to smoke a grand on a stereo, was aiming for a remap instead

Its stuck in reboot mode.
Will need to be removed and sent away to a repair agent
