Confusing intercooler problem 2013 SR 3.0 D4D Manual

I have removed my Top mount intercooler, and then put it straight back on and noticed some issues I can't identify.
I did not unplug any of the sensors or hoses except for the obvious throttle body and out of turbo.
As I drive now it feels like there is no power under the accelerator, although in lower gears the boost guage is showing off normal pressures 25+psi...
I rechecked all the hose clamps/connections for leaks or escaping boost pressure, all is exactly as I took it off???
I don't know what I have done wrong or changed by removing and replacing the Tmic, I have searched through forums and also done my own diagnostics but no luck
