Turning off to accessories

Postby bjk16 on Sat, 14 Apr 2018 11:22 +0000

Hey all,

Just wondering if anyone knows how to turn the sr5 from on back to accessories with the push button. For example if you pull up and want to turn the car off but on the phone when you push the button obviously turns the car and radio off had a mate say the Subaru’s are like a 5 second hold on the button, I have tried that but didn’t work anyone know if it is possible

I put mine into neutral (N) first before pressing the button. This turns off the engine but leaves the radio on so I can also finish my call. When finished put it into Park and press the button to turn off.

Turn the car off and then push the start button without pushing the break pedal
The accessories will only stay on for about 15min.
It will then shut it self off ,it’s a pain when you want to listen to music or keep charging a phone

That’s what I found with my car
If it has tits or wheels ....it'll cost ya money

Works a treat...pity it doesn’t do it automatically or have a separate button to go to accessories
