Just bought my first Toyota and my first diesel at that. A 4000k demo 09/16 (1st rego 03/17) SR5 auto in graphite with snorkel, F & R mats, liner and tonneau, towbar . Picking it up later in the week, very excited.

One question though about my $6000 trade in! The Contract says my trade is noted as a "consideration" ,and further reading the Contract it states that the Dealer can reduce this if he later considers my trade to be worth less. It has been inspected but not by the Principal. My question is...has anyone experienced a reduction in their trade due to something like this??

Hey King D.
If the guy has stated in writing that they'll pay $6000 for your trade in then they will pay that unless you devalue the car sometime between now and handing it over to them. Just don't have a prang, simple.
