Howdy all, can anyone tell me how the back seat comes out in a sr dual cab 2016? I've taken the 5 bolts out at the base but it feels as though the top of the back rest is still fixed? Any help would be great.[emoji106]

No, there is a different set up fixing the seats in. I've seen a few people post on here that they have gotten access behind there but I can't get them right out.

I did get it out, just needed to lift the seat straight up once unbolted.
I think I saw that someone else posted a pic of behind the seat but I couldn't see how it unattached.
My compressor fits in perfectly but I'm a bit worried it might get a bit hot in there?
Gonna try to fix the moulding away from the compressor head somehow.

Just a little hint if anyone has not realised it also that centre seat belt can easily be detached from the floor mount there is a small lock in clip that can be unlatched just look down where it bolts to the floor there is a lock in clip that has a red line on it use a screw driver blade to push the on that spot it will then unlock it from between the two seat halves if you want to remove the seat assembly from the vehicle. I also mounted my ARB compressor in that space not had any problems wit it over heating. Cheers.

Did you wire your compressor in or do you have a lead on it and hook it up when needed?
I've just put an anderson plug on mine, I'll plug it into an anderson plug on the front of my tray. I'd like to hard wire it at some stage though.

Hi KUN26R Not wired in Just use a lead on it with a merit plug on it,( be sure to use merit plugs that have a full set of contacts all the way round for the earth pins I use the Hella ones. Cheaper merit plugs only have one earth contact on the plug & may not be able to carry enough amps.) I have two merit sockets fitted into the lift up flap in my ARB rear bar one has a 15 amp supply the other has a 50 amp supply compressor only draws about 20 amps max so no problems, both supplied by my aux battery, have another merit socket under the bonnet with 30 amp supply from start battery lead from compressor can reach either front or rear. Also fitted a short length of air hose to compressor with a bayonet fitting so all I have to do is plug in the inflator hose that I keep behind the back seat to this & away you go. CHEERS :)
