Had one on my LC 70 Landcruiser. Seemed to be pretty good, solid unit all round. Not absolute top shelf, but neither did I want to pay a top shelf price. Copped a hiding, cant complain.
Whatever you do, don't be tempted by the 'budget' alternative brands. They're total pus. All the way from their nano thin powder coating to their jerry-built construction.

Got a colour coded one on my N80, great fit, all gaps line up nice, feels solid, I would recommend.

a mate has one and it looks good, i have an arb summit... there are a few features that i really like the iron man bar, most of all its a bumper replacement, so no cutting if the front bumper is required.

what i didnt like so much is the hoops are a fair bit lower so from the drivers seat you cant really see the top of the bull bar and the hoops them selves are a little thinner in diameter.

that said i'd be happy with either of them on my car

I self installed one on my SR
As stated it is a bumper replacement.

Cost was $1100 for the bar and $100 for rated hitch points.

Couldn't be happier, it was easy and looks great.

Hi timgelong, what model did you get for $1100?
Do the lights just plug in or do you have to cut and join wires?

Thanks

Can't believe that, ARB quoted me $3000 for their bar inc color coding and it looks kind of shit and doesn't really fit as well compared to the last hilux model. These must be flying off the shelf at that price!
