Rear diff whine

My gen 8 Sr dc has developed a whine similar to having mud tyres on it in the last few days, it had its 10k service and after I got it home (300ks) I saw a hell of a lot of grease all under the car. I cleaned it all off and a week or so later I put a bit of a load in the back (250kg) I noticed this horror bloody whine at all speeds, I'm thinking they over greased my shaft and put pressure on the rear pinion.....any thoughts on this?

id get that one to a mechanic mate, diff or shaft could maybe let go,,,
