OME 2" Front Lift Squeaky

earlier in the year I had an OME 2" front lift installed being struts and springs (medium stiffness springs), originally all was good and seemed to handle better than stock. But once I installed my ARB Summit bar which sagged it a little, now the spring seemed to be flexing (bending inwards) which is causing it to rub on the upper plastic guard on the shocker. Once dirt and grime has got in there is creaking and squeaking, this seems to be mainly on the drivers side.
Question is - is this normal, have they sent the correct springs ? are the springs too soft ? (this spring rate was recommended by ARB)..................
could this eventually break the stut/shock ?

Maybe wrong springs. Could be dodgy top hat rubbers too.

Definitely does not sounds good, if you can visually see something wrong with the spring I would take it back.

What are their ratings for a "medium" spring? Did they provide written advice to you that this spring rate would withstand the weight of the steel bar? If so, could possibly get the springs replace under warranty?
