Hi all,
I' just wondering what the device is directly in front of the drivers windscreen is? Is it DAB radio or GPS or something?
Thanks,

the dealer tried to tell me it was implanted in the glass.... my fingernail tells me otherwise...
im tempted to remove it anyways - no digital radio out here in the bush, and it'll be years til we get it!

Hi. Just on another angle does anyone know or had the experience, what happens when we get a broken windscreen & the windscreen has to be replaced, do we have to buy genuine Toyota one with that aerial already on it or can we just buy the stick on aerial to put on after, may be someone from O'Brian windscreens could let us know.![]()

Cheers.

I asked this question when test driving the Utes. Sales person said it was designed for left hand drive vehicles therefore it would be on the passenger side but Toyota forgot to reposition when making right hand drive vehicles.
Pretty lame really!
Mind you, I don't even see it anymore.
