Yes Mate, There is a template that they over lay on the original front bumped then cut away the excess. The ARB bar then mounts onto the front.

They are indeed the DL230htx. They are awesome. I've just come back from a northwest trip and they had incredible light output. Good spread and distance.

Two holes have to be drilled through your tub to secure the utility box. The side u brackets are removed and the kits comes with a metal bracket that takes it place.
