That's what has been the constant theme throughout the thread... Keep the engine revs in the peak torque range when towing a load. You won't find a semi-trailer driver putting the gearbox in top gear and letting the engine slug it out. That's why the gears are there! i.e. match the load with the engine's most efficient and effective rev range ;)

HAhaha, Yeah, if memory serves, then someone has mentioned the rotating ... Revolving ... Looping tone this thread has taken.
