Transmission cooler

Morning All,
I carry a far too heavy slide on camper and my redarc temp gauge on the trans is telling me 100-115* C, time for a cooler I think, anyway, has anyone fitted one, if so which one, how much etc?

That's up there in temp I think the light comes on at 120 temp . Make sure you put fresh oil in as your have probably cooked the stuff in there already. I had mine supplied and fitted at wholesale automatics in Melbourne so no help to you . But I don't think it was that expensive under 500 easy

Any transmission specialist or decent mechanic should be able to throw one in for you, no need to go for a fancy one with a sensor and fan unless your not mounting it behind the grille where there is always plenty of air flow, better off going for a larger one for the same price.
While your at it get an inline filter fitted too, its something else to change every second or third service but they do pick up some fine metal particles that the internal screen doesn't. Their cheap so cant hurt.
