2016 lux nudge bar

Can anyone tell me where the brace bars bolt onto from this bracket. I had a look and theres a big piece of plastic in the way of where I think it should go...

Go to https://toyotamanuals.com.au/accessories and enter the part number PZQ2989340 to get the fitting instructions. Hopefully that will help.

There's two upper brackets that come off the body according to the fitting manual.
