Good Morning

I live in Argentina.
In manual NOT include fuel filter replacement .

In aus diesel engine fuel filter replacement is every 40,000kms

Pretty stupid ey, Toyota consider their fuel filter a lifetime filter and dont change it unless asked to or unless something has gone wrong!

from what I read here the Toyota policy is change the filter when the light comes on, that is why I fitted a pre-filter and change the oem regularly

My 2013 auto D4D DC SR5, prefilter, 3" exhaust and Chip with egt probe, stock SR5 rims with Toyo Open Country AT2 265/65R/17's

Aye, agreed. I'm not keen on waiting for the light. I do mine ever 20,000. Most likely overkill, but I've already had to do pump and injectors.....plus the filter is not that costly.

with a pre-filter and a new oem you may never need to replace the oem because the pre-filter does it all... until the light comes on... but you can see the crap in the bowl with the pre and replace it when needed if before about 40k
