ABS TRC Indicators Aircon Power windows all Died

I bought a 2013 SR 4x4 Turbo Diesel Dualcab Hilux 2 days ago.

Mint, everything was great. I went over a cattle grate at 10kph and moments later my A/C turned off, windows stopped working, TRC and Traction Control Off light came on and both indicators stopped working.

I had a poke around, checked all fuses, no relays or anything, basic cursory check. All fuses appeared to be in working order, none blown.

I have seen similar posts and the solution was a blown fuse or unresolved.

Have any of you gentlemen seen or had this problem before? I'm really scratching my head over this one.

Any help or advice is well received and appreciated.

Sounds like an earth leak somewhere triggered by the vibration. I can't offer much more help sorry

It was the 10 ECU-IG and Gauge fuse.
I must have over looked it. replaced it. Good to go.

The fuse blew again, so i started poking around again. I found a cut cable bundling between the tray and cab that had exposed live wires rubbing on the tray body. Good lord.

I taped her up good and proper, replaced the fuse again and so far hasn't blown and or malfunctioned.

Nice one cobber.

I'd suggest monitoring it closely at least for a while. You might even want to check that none of the exposed wires actually wore through completely. I'd also check that the worn conductors haven't had their current carrying capacity dramatically affected.

Glas you found it. I made the mistake of buying a ranger - it come standard with electrical gremlins.
