2013 dual cab sr5 subwoofer R2S-1X12

Hi all,
looking at buying a Rockford Fosgate R2S-1X12 subwoofer,
have read a fair bit in this forum but before I go buy the subwoofer,
has anyone installed this model into the Hilux yet?

I will be doing the rear seat mod and space-wise the dimensions seem to fit but just want to make sure first.
