What is the reason for the delay of the throttle response in the Hilux 2009, when I disconnect the battery, it comes back inactive, but is lazy again.

Speed sensor or wiring. Assuming it's an automatic transmission it's probably confusing the ECU load sensor or engine management.

My 2013 auto D4D DC SR5, prefilter, 3" exhaust and Chip with egt probe, stock SR5 rims with Toyo Open Country AT2 265/65R/17's

Ok but it still has a speed sensor, and that links to the ECU
