Something strange in FUSE Box

Hey Legends,

I was doing some DIY diagnostics work today on my 07 Hilux Kun26R 1KD FTV when I opened the fuse box and saw the below.

Would anyone know why this looks like this? I mean this can't be normal.

Definitely not normal. Looks to me like someone has blown the main fuse and soldered it back up.

Thanks mate at least now I know its not normal. How the hell would someone blow a main fuse I mean seriously? Unreal.
