Passive or Active ABS?

Does anyone know if the ABS sensors on the KUN26R are Active or Passive types?

I'm doing a Prado 120 rear diff conversion (for disc brakes) and it looks like the Prado uses an Active type wheel speed sensor reading off the wheel bearing itself.
