LED switch negative wiring

Hi guys

i just bought a switch face plate for the UHF and it has an LED illumination on the face and i am going to run the red wire off the cigarette light but i would like to confirm where the black wire should be piggy backed off?

Wire it into any other negative that you've got in your switch panel or run it to any part of the frame/chassis of the truck. Most vehicles have a chassis earth, so as long as you connect it to chassis it'll work.

If you are putting it in the lower switch panel by the cig lighter sockets, then the difflock & DAC switches have illumination wires to them. Pink is pwr and Whi/Black is earth. Even if your Lux isnt equipped with these, I'd bet that the plugs are right there...
