Hi guys. I have an issue, today i installed a new double din head unit and while doing so i arched out what i think is the stereo ground (brown wire from dash) with either the accessory wire or battery wire.
Now the head unit will not turn on, the unit was not connected at the time so i know its not that. ive checked all the fuses under the steering wheel and none are blown. Is there fuses anywhere else that i should be checking etc? Also my boost gauge is wired to the same wires and the gauge turns on but wont register boost since the crossed wires. 2010 sr dual cab 4x4

Did you check the fuse in the headunit it’s self?

There is also a fuse box in the engine bay behind the main battery aswell

The head unit wasnt connected at the time but checked the fuse anyway. I havent checked the fuse box in the engine bay as i figured the dash fuses would be the first to go.

Left hand side kick panel there are fuses in there as well it depends on what you sorted it out with you still may have killed the head unit

As above the unit wasnt connected at the time

It will either be the RAD or ACC fuse.

RAD is in the engine bay fuse box and ACC is under the steering wheel.
