14 stereo problems/upgrade

I just put my fist through the screen of my 14 sr due to the bottom left of the screen not working from new.
I tried my dealer twice and they said it’s normal then emailed Toyota and they said try your dealer.
So what’s everyone replacing them with?
The one from carbon car systems look good but $1200 is a bit steep!
