ABS light

Hi all, I have a 2012 SR 4x4 3l, I’ve been having issue with abs light coming up on the dash when I turn headlights on. When the lights are on the front left blinker dosent flash and stays on. However when driving with lights off everything works as normal.
Anyone know a fix for this?

do your headlights illuminate ok? maybe you have a short circuit somewhere causing this. disconnect the plug out your headlights and tail lights one at a time and re test. you may be able to identify if either is causing this

As far as I know the headlights are fine. I converted tub to Steel tray, I had a mate wire up my rear tail lights for me and trailer plug. Everything worked fine until I hooked up my trailer and then it started after that. Nothing wrong with the trailer signals either, even after disconnecting the trailer the abs light turns on whenever I turn headlights on and front left blinker dosent flicker it just stays on. Very annoying.

Where did you get the power for the trailer lights and is it wired for brakes where did he get the brake power from

Hi Workmate_2007, I have a 2005 hilux which has just developed this same issue except for the indicator staying on I was just wondering if you found the problem or a fix for the ABS light on the dash?
