Wiring LED lights in Awning

HI,
Just starting my build on my ute, Im looking for suggestions on best way or running power up to the awning, I have dual cab SR5, has canopy on it. Roof racks on cab only at this stage but will be on Canopy soon. would love to see some pics on how people have done it.

I plan to install a led strip on my awning but will be running a wire from up the back of cab
