2006 - 2012 wiring looms pin locations

Hey guys, im new to this page. Im having some trouble with helping a mate fit a 2012 engine into his 06 lux. It keeps blowing the ecu/ign/gauge fuse (10amp) under the dash every time it goes to crank, i said the harnesses are different but need to know if anyone can shed some light or point me in the right direction to find the pin wiring locations for both the engine harness and the dash/fusebox harnesses on both models. They are both SR5's. Im thinking the wiring isnt correct as everything worked before the swap out on both vehicles. I have tried going through toyota but all they would give me was a picture of the plugs, not what pin was ment to go where...
