steering wheel controls reversed

HEy Guys,
got a 2013 sr5 and when ever i change the preset channel (going down) i have to press the up button and vice versa
anyone else have this problem?

Mine's the same, drives me mad - not sure if it's in the wiring or the head unit.
A 2014 SR we have at work doesn't have the same problem.

HAHAHAHAHAH Kelshy, its killing me and very annoying!
i havent tried to disconnect the battery or do a "reset" on the head unit

i asked about this when i bought my TRD and was told it goes up in chanel not preset numbers but im sure they are just fobbing me off
