I like the slimlineness of it, and how you can integrate it into a switch-blank, when i get a Scangauge that should tell me all my voltages, and is about the only thing that i want in my cab that isnt neatly integrated into the dash somewhere.

I'd be interested in a group buy, was looking at these a while ago but decided to spend the cash else where, would be a nice little addition though

A day of working the turbo hard wheelin would be reason enough to let it cool down, wouldn't you say?

You don't! Just handy to have, in the case of out bush say, your climbing a pritty big hill under full throttle but your not moving fast, which means your not pushing any air threw the cooler, and when you reach the top you should leave the truck running to let the turbo cool down

As I said just handy to have

I have one, probably no longer necessary in the modern turbos, but I feel more comfortable using one when towing around 2 tonne of boat.

It would be pretty useless in a hilux because you have to leave it in gear all the time to stop it runing away, USELESS BLOODY HANKBRAKE  but i would still get one if i eventully get that far down my list
The funniest part about you reading my signature is that by the time you read the whole thing from start to finish you only then realise there is nothing interesting in it.

I did read somewhere that Toyota (user manual?) recommend running down for a min or two after extended highway driving and/or towing.

Can anyone confirm this? My manual is in the glovebox, away for a couple of days :(
