2007 HiLux driving lights

Hi All,
Am trying to wire up a set of driving lights to my new rig.I have a double 87 pole relay,so one for each light. For the life of me i cannot understand how to tap into the system as it is negatively switched. The couple of threads i have read are not making sense. So if there is anyone that can do it"ONE MORE TIME FOR THE DUMMIES" in a simple diagram that would be great!

Depending on the brand of lights you bought there should be instructions on how to wire up them up with a negative earth. If there isnt, Bushranger do a wiring loom that does for about $50. I have IPF and Hella lights. The IPF had instuctions on negative earthing, the hella didnt. Hope this helps.

Red with yellow trace is the switched negative supply on the left and right hand light that turns on high beam.

Black is positive on the right hand light and red is positive on the left hand light, both the black and red wires have power all the time.

Connect the red with yellow trace to pin 86 and the red or black wire to pin 85 of a relay, pin 30 via a 20 amp fuse to the battery and pin 87 to te positive of the spot lights.
