CB radio 'booster' that uses bluetooth

Long time since I have been on here, now I have a bit more time on my hands, I have been looking around for a CB Radio.

But, I think what I'm really looking for does not exist, I have found 'Cobra 29 LX BT CB Radio' these have bluetooth connectivity.

I want to have the visual part of the cb radio as an app on your droid maybe with a handset connected to it via the bottom connector and the base station is possibly in the engine bay and wired so it can send and receive via bluetooth when the engine is off.

I'm probably dreaming here, but maybe someone has seen something like this ?
