Hi there,

I was wondering if you might like to put some pictures up of all the different fabric types and colours that you are able to make seat covers from, and perhaps if you use different colours of stitching as well, as i wasn't able to see a comprehensive gallery on your website.

Appreciated.

Whats the difference between Supacan12 and Ripstop Canvas? My guess is ripstop is more resistant to ripping, but are there any other advantages/differences?

Hello Aaron,

Ripstop has a weave through the canvas that is designed to stop it from tearing in wind, the elements and general damage, this material is ideally used on 4WD canopies (this material was widely used for canvas covers in the 80's and 90's because that’s all that was available in a high quality canvas).

We still have an option for this seat cover because some customers prefer to stick to what they are used to, however we recommend using the SupaCan12 in most applications due to the fact that is a higher quality material and looks more appealing in the vehicle.

Most Ripstop canvases are a 12.5oz canvas, our Supacan12 canvas weighs in at 14.9oz (includes UV stabilising and is mould and bacteria resistant)

These canvases are both of a high quality and are very durable.

Hey all,

Here are some photos of our fitted seat covers, please note that the canvas ones are slightly crinkled, this is because they have just been fitted, once you have sat on these for a couple of hours it irons out the creases :D

We are still updating our website and photo database, so there will be more photos in the future.

I like the look of the black denim!

Is it waterproof though?

Hey Loosey,

No, the black denim is not waterproof.

It does repel water, but it is not 100% waterproof.

Just located some more photos - I know these aren’t pictures of Hilux’s but it can still give you the idea of fitting and colour. All our seat covers are custom fitted to suit each vehicle.

We use the grey canvas and the black denem covers at work and even with all the dust and boneheads trashing the cars, they protect the seats extremely well.
Very good product!!

Hello Loosey,

It's not recommended if your seat covers have side airbag allowance, but if you were to wash them - cold hand wash only. Please note this may weaken the airbag seam.

However if your seat covers do not have allowance for side airbags, we recommend a cold delicate machine wash, no spin dry.

Thanks,

Abbie

This is our black canvas on a Ford Ranger - Please note, the colour is slightly off the camera seems to make it appear a bit lighter than it actually is.

Ive driven a couple of Cruisers fitted with Black Duck covers and they always appeared to me to be ill fitting & not particularly comfortable to sit on. From these pics above your covers seem to fit quite snugly look more comfortable?
