Antenna connection to new aftermarket head unit

about to install a alpine IVE-w560A, will i need an adapter to connect the factory antenna to, or will the factory plug suit the alpine unit....

I am just unsure as new alpine looks a little different on the back plate.

Not sure what year/model Hilux you have but I have just installed one of those units in my Prado and this Alpine unit has the old style radio aerial connector.

If you are buying the Aerpro harness to adapt from Alpine to ISO to Toyota, the APP8ALPV connector is not the correct one. There is apparently a harness that fits but not as common. Sorry I dont know the correct part number.

I ended up splicing mine as I couldnt be bothered driving 500km round trip to exchange it.
