Ultimate suspension & ARB rear bar

Ultimate suspension & ARB rear bar

Postby lester on Sat, 29 Nov 2014 7:28 +0000

I have Ultimate suspension (just comfort 2" lift) and an ARB rear bar. Here is the dumb question. On the greasable shackles I can't get to one.(Can't remember top or bottom),to grease it, because the hole on the ARB bar doesn't quite line up.Can I get a different head on my grease gun or how the hell do I grease it?It's got a shocking squeak and I'm assuming that's it?

You have to jack up the rear of the car so the shackle pivots until you can get to the grease nipple

Or you could put a 90degree nipple on the shakle. I had to do this once I put under tray boxes on.

Cheers,

Chris.
