Amazing, I pressed both tune buttons simultaneously and would you believe it, I now have 9B stations! It would be nice if the manual had instructions for this. I had a very long conversation with my local Toyota dealer regarding this and I don't think they even know about holding the two buttons to access different radio groups.
Anyway, I have since found out how to factory reset the head unit. First, make sure you're not in the shade so that your headlights aren't on. Hold down the audio button and turn the headlights on and off 3 times. The unit will beep 3 times and you'll be presented with this screen;
Once you are here you will need to touch the screen in the corners in the order shown and you will then be presented with this screen;
Once here, hold down the audio button and press the tune left 3 times and then tune right 3 times fast. You will then be presented with this screen;
Touch the button pictured with the arrow and you're on your way. Once done you will need to connect to the unit with Toyota Link to download the updates. By the way, this worked in my 2014 Yaris as well so I would think it's good for all late model Fujitsu Ten head units.
Here's a link to a video of myself performing this procedure
