Yeah but our system is easy. The triton has a 16mm rubber hose about 6 inches long that goes straight from the crankcase to the air intake. We pull that off, put the outlet from the crankcase to the inlet of the Provent, and then stick another hose from the provent outlet to the air intake. Our biggest problem was finding space under the bonnet to mount the bloody things.

What CD say's ..... You can see on the pic' on the left side where the (old) existing PCV pipe ran strait into the air intake pipe, very easy for this to be removed and re-plumed ;) Sorry not the best pic but you can see whats going on. :)

Josh, I will be in on the group buy once we can establish how (if) this can actually be installed. I have a 2007 D4D.

Hellbound and I have been working on a solution to mount the seperator to both styles of of inlet tract and to hopfully fit with the ABS Models as well. If I can make some brackets and get some apprpriate hoses to make a mounting kit I may make them available to New hilux members. So keep your eyes peeled

got zero interest on any one wanting any brackets or any thing developed. I think I am going to just opt out of the group buy and get my own I dont want to wait any longer.

Hey yamahaman i went and got some of the heat-proof flameguard type hose to suit our application from enzed. I can get it connected from the rocker cover to the inlet of the PCV if its installed to the gaurd as i described before, but having the hose coming out of the oulet then heading back towards the rocker cover then bending around the intercooler bracket and into the existing spigot on the airbox, creates too much of a tight bend.

Think all we'll need is a 90' elbow to get this return hose to shoot straight back at the spigot after heading back towards the intercooler bracket, whatcha rekon?

Seems like this has stalled. Pity, this mod has merit. I was waiting to get a unit as I have an idea or two of where to fit it. Not keen on it being installed high in the engine bay to avoid oil collecting over time in any loops in the hose. As for plumbing it back into the turbo feed pipe the are a few mobs that sell various stainless bends out there. EG

or

That's as far as I have gone with the project but I reckon it can be done ok and worthwhile doing.

I agree totally there can be no spots for the oil to pool and block the pipe, otherwise this will cause an air lock and render the whole system useless. There must be fall from the rocker to the seperator without any traps in the hose where the oil can pool. To the turbo it shouldnt matter because this pipe should be clean and free from oil

For me, I would like to get one and play around fitting it. Was hoping to get it at the group buy price.

Same here it doesn't look real hard I have been looking at the tech data on the seperator and it looks easy. I would buy one on its own on the group buy then post my fitting instructions
