Does anybody know where you would plumb the return-to-sump line into the D4D engine?
Regards Chris.

Provent 200 pvc seperator...

Zip ties baby! On our d4d it will be on the drivers side, and will come out the top of the rocker cover, and return in to the front of the compressor housing, and oil return well I like the idea of just having a small hose and emptying it periodically...

This is going to stop nearly all of our smokey start up issues, oil in inter coolers ect ect...

You could tee the return into the oil drain back line or the dipstick tube.

Got mine in the post today, have got hoses clamps etc so i'll fit it tomorow and post up some pics. Looks super easy to sort out, pretty much just an inlet and outlet along with a drain tube outlet on the bottom. Ive relocated my compressor to underneath the tray so ive got room to fit it against the side of the car where the brake master cylinder is sort of thing. The SR without ABS is perfect for putting in that spot by the way !

So in theory this will stop a lot of build up of soot in the inlet manifold, there for the blanking of the egr system won't be needed. 8-)

I don't think so... Might stop it getting sticky and collecting, my inlet is clean well there is a little bit of build up but my car is a city car and works hard so I'd say the eft would be closed most of the time
