After reading a lot about this (thanks to Hellbound who brought this to our attention initially) I finally got myself moving and fitted one up.
I ended up doing mine a little differently to what I've seen here, may give some others further food for thought.
My truck has the return pipe going back in the corrugated hose just past the air filter but it worked out nice & neat. I will source some insulation material to wrap around both hoses just for piece of mind.
I fabricated a mounting bracket out of some metal I had lying around and mounted it on the drivers side inner guard, between the air filter box (utilized one of it's mounting bolts) and the brake master cylinder (picked up 2 unused holes .. 1 plain square and 1 round with a nut underneath).
The 2 existing fittings (on the engine & air intake are both for 5/8" hose.
Both the fittings on the Provent are designed to take 1" hose, BUT, the inside diameter of those 2 fittings was a perfect fit for the 5/8" hose outside diameter so it could be pushed firmly up INSIDE!
Because I was now only using the 5/8" hose I could therefore easily achieve the tight bend required for the return line.
So bought a metre of 5/8" hose and had a little left over, used the existing hose clamps to go to and from the engine and a metre of 1/2" hose & clamp for the drain pipe, but haven't got a tap for the end so have just plugged it for the time being. It will end up so that it is accessible from under the vehicle somewhere.

Even though the outlet on the Provent is lower than where it goes into the air intake hose I don't think there will be an issue, the intake air will create a strong enough airflow to suck air from the Provent, I hope.
