Hi JimO here im 50 and have had a few hiluxes 82/87/90/96/02/05/06 im a tradesman in Dunedin New Zealand and use the lux as a work ute, current one 06 DC 3.0 D4D, had the injectors replaced under warranty by Toyota NZ and recently the clockspring has broken resulting in the airbag light being on, i have had a reasonably good run with the hiluxes but would seriously have to think about getting another one.I dont use it for off road work but it does a lot of towing, either a large tandem trailor full of sand or a 18ft boat. cheers Jim

Welcome aboard mate.

Plenty of info here about the two issues you have had.
