WOOHOO! :D

I remember when I first set eyes upon my hilux for the first time.....it was love at first sight......yeah, she looked so sweet and innocent and pure, little bit of an ugly duckling, but I knew if I treated her right she would blossom from the little virgin that she was into the FIRST CLASS WHORE I DRAG THROUGH THE MUD AND UP AND DOWN MOUNTAIN TRAILS NOW....

sorry, got a bit carried away there.........

Hey Twisty, here's mine when she was your hilux's age.....
Image

Yeah I think they may be sisters

Where they differ from woman is that with a bit of age and accessories and a knocking around they look better than when you first got them..........(just looking over my shoulder to make sure the wife isn't reading this)

Congratulations Twisty, that is my favourite colour

Hey Matt,

I used this site to find the rims. http://www.wheelpros.com/browse.asp Then got a short list of wheels and started searching google images to see examples. I was originally just going to get Mickey Thomson Classic Locks, but decieded I wanted to get something different, which that site has plenty of. Is a yankee site but, so most stuff will probably take a while for Ryano to get over here, unless you wanna pay the $$ for air freight.

I've got a personilsed plate that'll be going on. So cant help with wether they are up to M or not.

And yeah, will deifntley be cruising up DI a little more now that I can do it in comfort. Would like to know what the surf is like on rainbow side of the point this weekend.

Cheers Rod....amazing how much they change in look with some mods. Its going to be a long 4-6 weeks while I wait for mine to get sorted. Hope it all turns out like how I've got it pictured in my head.

Hehe, yeah, need to get the V8 out of the middy, then I can push it out the roller door onto the concrete pad behind the garage and continue to wreck it out. Then park the 40 where it is. For now, the lux will live outside.
