the only problem i had was the front diff i ordered from a wreckers in perth stated it was a 4.1:1 ratio.. lucky i checked because they sent up a 3.9:1 ratio, got on the phone and told them and they had another one on the way asap arrived the next day.. tryed ringing acouple of toyota dealers for the ratios to suit and all they could say it they are all out of japan or somewhere like that..

hopefully get some videos up soon as we tested them out on the weekend.. best investment as yet...

well myself and my wife just came back from a trip down south to pemberton to get away before our first baby is due, thought it would be a relaxing time 4x4ing mm guess again, it was a bit cloudy but not bad so we decided to go for a drive on some tracks well about half way threw a single lane track the windy starded to pick up and the clouds rolled in from no where so we decided to turn around and the way back acouple of small tree branches where on the track so i got out and removed them, i got back in and we joked about a tree falling down in front of us.. hahaha to ur suprise we drove around the corner and a dam tree fell on the track.. we where stund, well long storey short we could't move it, couldn't cut it as 2 weeks before i wasn't alowed to buy a chain saw.. mmm im allowed now.. so i had to get logs, branches and build up with sand to drive over it, thank god i just fitted the lockers and bigger tyres. but after this i am allowed to buy a new bull bar to fit a winch haha at last..
i just want to say thanks to matty at monster rides for the lift kit and the rock sliders they worked for sure..
here's a few pics dosn't realy show much unless you where there..

Thanks Mate... good to hear our gear is getting a good work out.
No small obstacle you managed to climb... A lot of blokes would have turned back I think.

You have built a very impressive truck Swinny... very well thought out and executed.
The combo of the 33's, 4.1's, lockers and Rekon is a great combo of strength, wheel travel and traction.

I'd say you'd have one of the most capable IFS trucks in the country Mate... good stuff.

Good luck with the bullbar, winch and flare install... will look awesome when it's finished.
Just remember you'll need to trim a fair bit of the inside of the flares off near the forward bodymount... We make them full size to cater for the 2WD boys so they will need a trim for sure.

Cheers
Matt
